Some Vietnam’s Fully Washed Yellow Bourbon being roasted in Bangkok!
Estimates of Vietnamese Arabica are anywhere from 3-10% but that’s from a base of 1.5 million tons total coffee production. That could be as much as 10,000 containers of Arabica coffee (~150,000 tons)…That’s more than double the amount of Colombia’s coffee production (~70,000 tons) and 15x more than Panama’s Arabica production (~ 10,000 tons, which is similar volume to Thai Arabica). .

@swagneto89 what’s ur roast capacity?
I know, I am going to email one of the places I buy green beans from to start working with more farmers from Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand. I can roast 1 pound at a time but usually do 350 gram batches.
