I find this old record in #speacilty #coffeeharvest 2013 in #vietnam. Coffee is grown at 1400 m elevation in optimal climal conditions in iron-rich, slightly acidic soil.They are mostly #Catimor , #Robusta however some #Bourbon and #Typica is found in other sides of #CauDat. cultivation is passive organic with minimal use of pesticides and fertilizer. Processing is undertaken by #Laviet and @duykalvin in. They are using modern Taiwanese equipment and facilities.
