I bought some expensive ripe coffee cherries (varietal: Catimor) from Cau Dat, Lam Dong, Viet Nam. Sourced entirely from a single farm, grown on a mountain slope. Fairly traded and fully traceable. Natural-processed for maximum natural aroma. These are some of the best coffee cherries money can buy in Viet Nam. These coffee cherries ripen very slowly at 1600 metres above sea level! This yields a much more intense flavour in the coffee bean.

These will be roasted for your coffee later in April/May 2020. We sell roasted coffee beans.
